My Clientele

All of my clients are adults. I no longer see children individually anymore but I advise and consult on family conflict issues and dynamics.

Whether it is healing trauma from abuse, a car accident or other sports injuries that now cause you panic and anxiety, I help you identify what is blocking your success and happiness.

My clients come from a wide range of cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds and professions. I welcome LGBTQ clients and believe the one thing we all share is our humanity and need for connection and happiness.  The hardest part in counseling is taking the first step and finding the right match of therapist.

For couples, there is no guidebook to help us stay in love especially when life brings us stress, crises and failures over the years.  People do fall out of love but that doesn’t mean the relationship is over.  It is reasonable to expect that we will change as we grow older and that can cause deep distress and frustration in relationships.  In my practice, I have worked with hundreds of couples that experienced frustration and distance in their relationship. It takes skill, wisdom and insight to keep your balance and prioritize your relationship when you have career and financial pressures and try to juggle children who always are needy. Take heart. Don’t give up!  Even if you have to come in alone, there is so much I can help you with to find yourself and improve your relationship.  There are many things you can do in order to get back in control and find your happiness again.

Often, I find that my clients have achieved success in many areas of their life but are nonetheless experiencing feelings of unhappiness or distress. This is because the diligence, intelligence, and determination which we bring to our careers and studies are not always sufficient to maintain deeper levels of fulfillment.  Sometimes we just stall out.

As you well know, life is becoming more complicated and stressful each day.  The average person needs some skill development to maintain their balance and self awareness.  In fact, most of us struggle to just “take it easy” at all anymore.  If this is you, a coaching model is ideal.  Here there is no diagnosis and no disorder but rather skill building and internal awareness that is developed to maintain your peak performance and balance in life.

It is my goal to help you develop the additional tools and inner resources needed to overcome difficulties and achieve a more satisfying experience in life.
